去年7月和10月，经先念同志批准，从国外引进彩色电视和转播设备36项，共计533万美元。

到目前止，大部分设备已经订妥，还有一部分设备正在谈判。由于当时估价偏低和美元贬值等原因，原批外汇已不够用，广播局对所提设备进行压缩后，仍缺92万美元。

拟同意，登奎、国锋同志批。要下决心搞上去。进口一些设备，也是为了有利于自力更生。把自力更生的观念减弱了，那是非常错误的。
